Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at MegaplanIT's Scottsdale, AZ location. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity services. Daily tasks may include project coordination, client communication, proposal development, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Project Coordination, and Communication skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity testing, compliance, and security services
- Experience in proposal development and client-focused solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
